Strong new generation
Get to know our team of apprentices: In times of a lack of qualified employees, it is not easy for many companies to find new young talents. Since our beginnings in 2005, teamtischer has focused on strong apprenticeships and a concept that encourages and supports young people. Each one is individual: we find and try to enable the personally customized and best possible career path for each. The goal is not – as it is so often decried – to obtain cheap manpower, but rather to impart the company’s own ( professional) knowledge in a sustainable way and to establish a connection to new young professionals.
That is why we are even prouder to introduce our current team of apprentices:
Starting this year, Merle and Zoe have joined the team and are actively supporting us as young carpenters. The ” older generation” of product designers, event managers and carpenters learn and develop with great success throughout the second and third year of their apprenticeship.
