We will continue to strengthen our team with new apprentices in 2021
One of our maxims, which we have been pursuing since our foundation in 2005, is the employment of trainees. Denn jedes Bauwerk braucht ein stabiles Fundament, ebenso wie eine erfolgreiche Karriere eine fundierte Basis benötigt. Vocational training at teamtischer is the basis on which many former trainees have already built their own personal careers.
After we added three prospective carpenters to the team last year, we are also strengthening ourselves with further apprentices at the beginning of the training in 2021.
Start with your own training project
Planning and manufacturing a covered terrace in the yard of teamtischer was the first independent project that our current training team carried out alone. The prospective event managers were responsible for the planning. After initial consultations and support from the specialist planner and the technical draughtsman, a concept was developed, which was gradually refined. Before proceeding with the practical implementation of the project, the planning team first had to calculate, procure the material and create a schedule. The production and assembly were taken over by the carpenter trainees. They started with the substructure, followed by the side veneers and the canopy. Finally, the trainee team completed the newly created space with benches and tables as well as individual small things that invite you to stay there.
In about two months, the covered outdoor terrace was completed and proudly presented to colleagues. Through the joint and independent work on this project, the trainees experienced each other as a team, learned from each other and of course had a lot of fun.
