New project in the section of tenant out-fit of the new Evoke Germany location

For many years, Evoke has been supporting people (Evoker) and companies with special expertise to find each other and create successful and sustainable temporary connections for all partners. The Evoke concept is growing in the Netherlands and is now expanding to Belgium and Germany. Evoke arranges temporary contracts for specialists with companies – the close relationship between clients, Evokers and Evoke itself is important in this process.

Teamtischer realized the first location in Germany in Duisburg’s inner harbour. This is a popular area for companies – centrally located in the middle of the Ruhr region. The tenant fit-out adopts the existing architecture and integrates it into its new look.

The implementation of the tenant fit-out included, among other things, the establishment of the meeting rooms, the open office area and kitchens, in addition to the construction of the sanitary areas. Alongside this, we supervised the trades for the individual works. Especially successful: The meeting rooms – the glass look preserves the light and open atmosphere of the space. They round up the open office area and still provide the opportunity for confidential meetings. The modern industrial style integrates the individual areas of the space and the floor layout visually separates them from one another.

A tenant fit-out project that inspires as a workspace and increases the identification with the company.
